
LOVE & LANI TATTOO POLICIES
-To completely confirm any tattoo appointment, I kindly ask for a deposit to hold your appointment date. The amount of this deposit will vary but usually ranges between $50-$200. This deposit is applied to the final cost of the tattoo and is non refundable.
-Appointments are not fully confirmed until the deposit is shared. Bookings are made on a first-come-first-served basis.
-I totally understand the ups and downs of life, so if you find you do need to change your appointment date, I just kindly ask for 5 days notice to have the deposit transferred from one date to the next.
-Less than 5 days notice, arrivals of 20+ minutes past appointment time & 3 rescheduled appointments regardless of 5 days notice, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and will require a new deposit for a new appointment to be made. *Due to a recent increase in last minute reschedules, I must be very strict with these policies, so please consider proper preparation before sharing a deposit, making your appointment and scheduling adjustments you may need before your visit in.
-All artists at Love and Lani Tattoo LLC will not tattoo folks that are under 18 years old, pregnant, on antibiotics or on acne medications (including tetracyclines).
-I currently work at a rate of $200 hourly (effective November 2023). My hourly rate begins after you arrive at the studio for your appointment and after you have completed any consent forms. This means: from the start of our conversation about the tattoo design, making any edits, through the stencil placement and up until the tattoo is bandaged.
-The total cost of all tattoo(s) include one complimentary touch up, valid until 7 months after the initial tattoo appointment. A touch up would redefine any existing areas of the tattoo at the artist’s discretion. Any touch ups requested after 7 months and/or after the one complimentary touch up will require a new appointment, deposit and payment.
-Custom tattoo projects are never repeated or replicated on any client unless written consent to do so is shared with the artist. Flash tattoos are repeatable, if advertised as so.
-Custom tattoo projects are accepted at the artists’ discretion. Love and Lani Tattoo LLC reserves the right to refuse service.

$70-100 Flash Event Policies
Policies differ from those shared above & will be as follows for $70-100 Flash Events only:
-Appointments are limited & first come first serve based on when a deposit is shared.
-A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments.
-Flash prices advertised are only available on dates of event.
-Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time - Arrivals of 10+ minutes past the scheduled appointment time results in the forfeiture of your deposit and you will not get tattooed!
-If you are not able to make it to your appointment, I kindly ask for a 3 day reschedule notice via email or text (no Instagram DMs) to potentially move your deposit to a new date. Since this is considered a special event, spots are usually highly requested and limited so I will remain strict about this. To ensure fairness to all clients, reschedules will be considered only on a case by case scenario.
-One appointment per flash design. If you'd like to get more than one design, please book more than one appointment.
-If you'd like to come in with friends, coordinate w/ them to book the appointment before or after you.
